We carried out every aspect of the building work to a very high standard. The project also involved fitting a new kitchen, timber floor for the entire ground floor, exterior finishing and installing 2 Velux windows. The result is a modern, airy extension.

In addition, a library/book roomand large sitting room were added as well. A new 3 story extension was added to the rear of the property consisting of kitchen/dining/utility rooms and two more bedrooms.
This was a start to finish project which included gutting the interior, rewiring, re-plumbing and replacing floors and a heat recovery and ventilation system which greatly helps the BER rating.
