The project also involved fitting a new kitchen, tiling, exterior finishing and installing 2 Velux windows. An entire glass back wall makes this already large room even larger. In addition, a library/book roomand large sitting room were added as well. A new 3 story extension was added to the rear of the property consisting of kitchen/dining/utility rooms and two more bedrooms.
This was a start to finish project which included gutting the interior, rewiring, re-plumbing and replacing floors and a heat recovery and ventilation system which greatly helps the BER rating.
