New build in Rush, Co. Dublin of 220 square metre, 3 story A+ rated house.

This project of a 150 year old property involved the extensive renovation of a period house fitting 2 bedroomswith walk in wardrobes and ensuites. In addition, a library/book roomand large sitting room were added as well. A new 3 story extension was added to the rear of the property consisting of kitchen/dining/utility rooms and two more bedrooms. 

This was a start to finish project which included gutting the interior, rewiring, re-plumbing and replacing floors and a heat recovery and ventilation system which greatly helps the BER rating.

Shrewsbury Road, Ballsbridge. This small but well designed extension with a large level of detail makes it feel more spacious.

31 square metre extension to the back of the house to incorporate an open plan kitchen and living/dining area. The project also involved fitting a new kitchen, tiling, exterior finishing and installing 2 Velux windows. An entire glass back wall makes this already large room even larger. The result is a modern, airy extension which is a perfect match to my clients requirements.

Cois Inbhir, Donabate. We demolished the existing kitchen to create this open plan kitchen/dining/living space with fitted oak floor throughout.

30 square metre extension to the rear of the house. The client wanted an extension to incorporate an open plan kitchen and living/dining area. We carried out every aspect of the building work to a very high standard. The project also involved fitting a new kitchen, timber floor for the entire ground floor, exterior finishing and installing 2 Velux windows. The result is a modern, airy extension.

Glasheen, Stamullen attic conversion. This large 4mx7m attic was large enough to accommodate a spacious bedroom and an ensuite. Stairs were also fitted matching in with the original.

Portmarnock attic conversion with stairs to match existing. Created walk in wardrobe and ensuite to main bedroom and refurbished existing bathroom. Fitted a lovely oak floor throughout.

33 square metre extension to create this open plan kitchen and dining room space. We also tiled the floors and fitted a new kitchen and utility.
